Parking is available right in front of the spa! The street in front of the spa has free 2-hour parking until 5PM on weekdays and free parking on weekends.

Our spa is gender and ability affirming. We have gender neutral washrooms, an inclusive intake process, wheelchair parking available on request and ground floor treatment rooms to accommodate mobility needs.

Our service providers offer treatments both upstairs and downstairs. Individuals are encouraged to use the intake form or speak to staff to ensure a ground floor room is available for mobility accommodations.

The application process is the main difference between the three: Acrylic is a powder and liquid mixed, this mixture is what builds the shape of the nails. This process is quickly airdried before color application. *Note: Our service providers do not offer acrylic nails. Hard Gel is a premixed, odorless product that cures with a UV or LED light. It can be applied over the natural nail or over a sculpted tip to add length to the natural nail. Gel X is rising in popularity, a soft gel form that is applied to the entire nail and cured with a UV or LED light. Gel X can be soaked off easily with acetone.

We offer hard gel and gel X extensions. We also have service providers who can fill gel over acrylic, or remove acrylic nails. Please see our Spa Services for more details and pricing regarding nail appointments, or give us a call.

A Dremel or e-file is used during nail preparation for removal of previous gel polish and clean-up of the cuticles. This ensures that the nail is smooth, and the cuticles are primed for the application of the new polish, and prevents chipping and lifting.

We do not treat foot conditions, and advise getting the help of a medical professional for treatment. Our service providers are able to clip the corners off an ingrown to assist in the nail growing straight in the future; however this does not always lead to a permanent solution to the issue. For the protection of you, our service providers and other clients we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are currently suffering from any infections (including athletes foot or toenail fungus).

An electric foot file is used after the callus is softened, and removes dry dead skin to reveal soft, smooth feet. For more extensive callus removal we offer blading to remove any built-up callus and reveal the soft, smooth skin underneath. This is a treatment that will be discussed with the service provider during the service and is offered at no extra cost.

We offer direct billing to over 50 insurance companies for our massage therapy services. Please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment and arrive 5 minutes early to get settled before the appointment begins.

Side by side massage appointments require two therapists at the same time, in the same treatment space, which is not an option on Vagaro. These appointments are best booked over the phone or in person to ensure compatibility and availability.

We want to ensure all of our clients have a peaceful and recharging experience, to assist with this experience we ask you attend your appointment on your own and leave any young children at home with a caretaker. We do not allow multiple people in a treatment area unless you are a caretaker or an adult accompanying a minor. Our service providers have every right to end a service if they feel uncomfortable by client’s actions or words. Photo/Video Policy: We do not allow photos or videos of our services while the service is taking place without permission of the service provider, the service provider has every right to refuse. We encourage you to take photos of the end results or before and after of your service. Drugs/ Alcohol Policy: We do not offer alcohol on the premises, and we do not allow alcohol to be consumed onto the property. We do not allow drug consumption on the premises, before, after or during your appointment. Our Massage Therapists are not legally able to preform a massage while you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Cancellation Policy/ No Show/ Late: After 3 times of no show/same day cancellation/late arrival to an appointment you will be blocked from booking with us online and we will require a credit card to book your next appointment.

Yes, absolutely! Self care is for all ages. With the consent of a parent or guardian anyone of any age can book in for manicures, pedicures, or massages. *We do not do lash extensions or nail enhancements for anyone under 16 for health reasons. We do not recommend facials for those under 14.

No, 618 is unable to accomodate additional guests joining you on your visit. Our spaces are suited for the service provider and client; we ask that you do not bring anyone into your appointment with you.

Our service providers use fragrance free oil in all of our treatment rooms. RMTs with training in aromatherapy may have essential oils available as an option.
